Each school has a specific set of standards they will adhere to when evaluating position specific skills, critical factors, CHARACTER and intelligence that are associated with each position. The area coach will evaluate each Prospective Student-Athlete (PSA) in his area that he thinks meets or exceeds the standards they are looking for. Once each area coach evaluates and approves all the PSAs in his areas, he will then pass on all players that are not his coaching position to the position coach. *If the area coach and position coach are the same, then it will be passed directly to the coordinator.* In most cases, once the position coach evaluates the PSA it will determine the fate of whether or not the PSA will continue to be recruited and in what capacity by the program.
